Five Hyde and Goodrich Forks, c. 1840, New Orleans, three dinner forks and two dessert forks, upcurved fiddle typt handles, three dinner forks with wavy shoulders, two dessert forks with French-style shoulders and tines and a curious mark, all with "Hyde and Goodrich" in a rectangle; the three dinner forks with engraved script "M" on the reverse, the two dessert forks with engraved script "MM" on reverse, length dinner 8.125in., length dessert 6.625in., weight 9 troy ozs.
