Provenance: Collection of Steven Cabot Barnes Harvey (1949-1993); exhibited MESDA Note: Federal commissioned silver from Leonard includes four silver gilt treaty boxes provided to the Department of State in 1819 and an inkstand provided to the U.S. House of Representatives, probably between 1819 and 1822.
