Vancourt, New York, NY, "Jenny Lind" pattern, hollow handle by Albert Coles, produced 1850-1860, fork length 9 3/4 in., knife length 12 1/8 in Note: Albert Coles' nephew, William L. Coles, formed a partnership with James S. Vancourt in 1848 for the production of flatware. The partnership was dissolved in 1852. Observe the rubbed out "C" above the "V" in lozenge punch.
