Japanese School, probably 20th c., "Cranes in Flight before a Setting Sun" and "Cranes in Flight above a Waterfall", each ink and color on silk, signed and sealed lower left and lower right respectively, 47 7/8 in. x 16 1/8 in., mounted and framed alike. Provenance: By descent in the family of U.S. Army Captain C. Caruthers Sullivan, Jr. (1924-1988), who lived and worked in Korea and Japan from 1945-1955."
