E3000-5000 Provenance: John McCrady estate to the Downtown Gallery, New Orleans to current owner. This drawing was exhibited at New Orleans Museum of Art "John McCrady Retrospective", catalogue no. 80, page 115. This drawing is a study for a painting of the same titled by McCrady, which was exhibited at Boyer Galleries in 1935 to great critical acclaim.
