Note: This posthumously painted portrait of Robert Adwood Corbin IV was one of the few portrait commissions accepted by John McCrady. The son of Dr. Robert Adwood Corbin III and Jessie Lee Brumfield Corbin of Hammond, Louisiana, he died tragically at the age of seventeen years old and is buried at Grace Memorial Church Cemetery in Hammond.
