[Louisiana Manuscript Slave Document], autograph document signed by Charles Maurian, judge of the city of New Orleans, dated May 4, 1832, detailing the transfer of a Mr. Edward Guillotte of twelve slaves, from the Brig Ariel, from Norfolk, VA, and stating that they will not be sold, all the slaves being named and described, countersigned by Guillotte, 13 1/2 in. x 8 in., matted and framed.
