Note: Losses and repairs; together with a mottled green and russet jade recumbent horse and monkey group, height 1 1/4 in., width 2 in, (3 pcs.) Provenance: With Benjamin Franklin March, Jr. (1899-1934), Curator of Asiatic Ar t, Detroit Institute of Arts (1927-1931); thence by descent in his family.
