Ru¹s artistic works are conserved in the French Institute of Oriental Art, the National Museum of China, and the Chairman Mao Memorial Hall, among other such prestigious institutions. Among his numerous honors, the artist enjoys the distinction of having earned "the special allowance of experts who have made outstanding contributions", a privilege which was bestowed upon him by the State Council of China.
