The 'Houmas House' Paris Porcelain Partial Dinner Service, c 1830-40 impressed mark by Edouard Honoré, 'No 2450-Ed Honore', banded in royal blue with gilt rims and a gilt cartouche containing 'Houmas' in script, comprising 2 small dishes with floral reserves, a lidded cup, a sauce boat, a vegetable dish, a saucier on stand, an octagonal small platter, a covered tureen, 4 plates and a pitcher, note: numerous cracks, chips and losses E1500-2000 Note: The saucier is marked by Honoré 'for T.B.' This set, commissioned by John Burnside, was found at Houmas House by Dr George Crozat
