E2000/2500 In the 1930s, Fonville Winans traveled to the remote areas of Southern Louisiana, documenting the unique culture and traditions of the Cajun communities. "Cajun Fare" was photographed inside the kitchen of Tony Kristicovich's camp in Morgan City where a group of friends have gathered to enjoy a meal. The small kitchen was wallpapered decoratively with newspapers.
