Three American Coin and Sterling Silver Fiddle Tablespoons, by Wood & Hughes, New York, two retailed by Hyde & Goodrich, New Orleans, c. 1850, and the other A.B. Griswold & Co., after 1865, upturned handle with French style shoulders, and all three with engraved script monogram on the reverse, "CM GS", the earlier spoons marked "Hyde & Goodrich" in a rectangle and with curious marks, the other with incised marks, length 8.875in., weight 7 troy ozs. 12 dwts.
