A Tibetan Gilt Bronze Figure of Buddha, modeled seated upon a separately cast lotus pedestal base in vajrasana baring exposed foot soles, his right hand raised in abhaya mudra and his left held above his lap, wearing robes relief detailed with Buddhist emblems and foliate designs, the knotted hair worn high in a finialed top knot, height 15 1/4 in., width 10 1/4 in. Provenance: Acquired Hong Kong, mid-1990s.
