Two Antique English Sterling Silver Trophy Cups,
incl. Edwardian example, Josiah Williams & Co. (George Maudsley Jackson & David Landsborough Fullerton), London, 1906, act. 1897-1914, with flat-chased garland and reeding, h. 10 in.; and Victorian example, London, 1875, maker's mark rubbed, probably Henry Lias & Son, flat-chased foliate decoration with presentation inscriptions, h. 7 5/8 in.

  • Provenance: Ida Manheim Antiques, 409 Royal St., New Orleans.
  • Dimensions: total weight 18.85 troy ozs.
  • Condition: Larger with no monogram or inscription. Smaller engraved: "1st/C.P.R.V./CHALLENGE CUP/1876" and "WON BY/Lieutenant Stanley T. Weston/MAY 1878". Overall good condition for age and use. Some scattered small dings, nicks and scratches as expected.
