- Notes: Note: The Blue Angel Supper Club, located at 225 Bourbon Street, was just a few blocks away from The Maison Bourbon Jazz Club at 641 Bourbon Street and was owned by the same family. Drawn from the talented local group of Dixieland and traditional New Orleans Jazz musicians, those who worked the Blue Angel included legendary saxophonist and clarinetist Pud Brown, banjo player Les Muscutt and trumpeter Connie Jones, who would later become the leader of the club¹s house band.
