Two Small Newcomb College Art Pottery Transitional Glaze Vases, one c. 1909, decorated by Cecile M. Heller, with an incised and relief-carved budding obedience plant design in blue and green underglaze, the base marked with Newcomb cipher, "CMH", and Joseph Meyer's potter's mark, height 3 in.; the other an "Ali Baba" jar decorated in blue and green underglaze, the base marked with Newcomb cipher, height 2 1/2 in.
