Signed by Deputy U.S. Surveyor C. Moyan and dated 18th March, 1806. E1000/1500 Note: Following the Louisiana Purchase in 1803, the U.S. Government set up a Land Bureau to survey and register Land that was owned under the previous Spanish and French administrations.
