- Provenance: Biloxi, Mississippi Estate, descended in the family. Notes:
- Note: In 1927 William Woodward purchased a piece of land in the Oak Park Subdivision of Biloxi where he built an English-style cottage, a studio and a gallery that was known locally as "The Studio." In 1931, Woodward purchased the lot adjacent to his studio home. This land was the inspiration for the lush, painterly landscape of "Oak Park."
