Fine Arts Coordinator
Casey Foote, Fine Art Coordinator, received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus on painting and photography and a Bachelor of Science in Paleontology from Louisiana State University. After his studies at LSU, Foote spent several years in Spain working in art galleries and framing in València and Barcelona. An active filmmaker and artist, his short films have been shown in New Orleans, New York, Macedonia, and at the Novosibirsk State Art Museum, Russia. Foote’s paintings evoke classical subject matter via a surrealist aesthetic and have been exhibited in New Orleans, Houston, Atlanta, and New York. An Opelousas, LA native, Foote also is known locally as a cheesemonger and wine expert.
