An American White Cut-to-Clear Overlay Glass Oil Lamp, c. 1845, probably by the Boston & Sandwich Glass Company, the inverted pear- font cut with ovals and quatrefoils and resting on a jade green glass columnar standard above an ochre marble base, with brass fittings, height 13.5 in., base 4.5 in. square; together with an American Classical-style clear and etched pressed glass kerosene lamp, c. 1875 the caryatid figural standard on a round stepped base, both the font and the shade ornamented with Greek faces in profile, all original, including brass burner and clear brass chimney, height 18 in., diameter 6.75 in.
