An Antique English Semi-Porcelain Dinner Service, c. 1825, probably Grainger's Worcester, having a white ground, decorated with dark blue bands surrounding reserves containing a variety of finely-painted floral bouquets, each piece richly gilt with scroll and foliate designs; the finials, handles and corners of rectangular pieces molded in shell, scroll and leaf shapes, the large tureen having a grey marbled interior, comprising 8 graduated platters ranging from 21 in. to 11 in. in length, 11 soup plates, 51 dinner plates, 14 dessert plates, 9 salad plates, an open vegetable dish, a pair of sauce tureens with underplates missing, a larger sauce tureen with underplate, and a soup tureen with lid.
