An Antique Gorham Silverplate Tray from Frederick William Vanderbilt's Steam Yacht Conqueror, c. 1892, lobed border, the reserve engraved with the ensigns of the New York Yacht Club and Conqueror, over the name of the yacht modeled in rope, length 27 1/2 in. width 19 3/4 in., depth 1 1/4 in.
- Notes: Note: Frederick William Vanderbilt (1856-1938) was the grandson of industrialist Cornelius Vanderbilt. As a director of the New York Central Railroad, he was one of the few heirs of the Vanderbilt clan to grow his fortune.
