[CONFEDERATE GENERAL] Pierre Gustave Toutant Beauregard (1818-1893). A.D.S. A Single Page letter dated February 4, 1881, written to an unknown General from Beauregard in which he refers to a Charleston report of December 22, 1862 that was written by General Howell Cobb ( 1815-1868) from the Quincy, District of Mississippi and Florida, and states that he is under the impression that he has already sent it tothe addressee.
